Fitness Question of the Day [11/2/2010]

How often do you work out? Alan G., Orlando, FL

I usually work out 3-5 per week. My regimen is a combination of cardio, resistance training, plyometrics and calisthenics. If I am on the road, or extremely busy, I always make time for daily deep stretch and core work. And that’s how it’s done!™ – ADUB©
